Our inspections are conducted throughout greater Melbourne, including Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. Different building type such as house, villa, townhouse, unit, apartment building inspection are conducted by our experienced trade qualified building inspectors and surveyors.
What Is a Building and Pest Inspection?
A building and pest inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of a property’s condition before you buy. It identifies existing defects, timber pest activity such as termites, and areas of concern. You receive one written report covering both building and pest findings on the same day as the inspection.
Completed in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.1, our experienced building inspectors assess all the accessible building components, describe their existing condition, and explain likely repairs and any maintenance required before you purchase the property.
Both the building inspection and the pest inspection are carried out by our own inspectors. Asbestos inspection and testing can be added as an option at an additional cost.

They did detailed reports with photos and all the defects were masking taped so it was easy to identify and reinspect after rectification. Really professional and I would recommend them to anyone that wants a unbiased inspection report during construction.
